I edited this episode of The Food Boat, a food and culture vlog series, featuring a Puerto Rican Mofongo cook-along with guest chef Victoria of Buena Compañía Empanadilla.
My work on this project included:
Editing the full sequence cutting between cooking demonstration and interview-style dialogue to keep pacing tight and engaging
Syncing B-roll of food prep and plating with the chef's narration
Color correction and grading to give the food and kitchen a warm, appetizing look
Audio cleanup and leveling for clear, natural-sounding dialogue throughout
Adding lower-third graphics and on-screen text for recipe steps and ingredient call-outs
Final export and formatting for YouTube delivery
Tools used: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects
